You will be working closely with the directors of the company and be encouraged to contribute to decisions that determine the direction of its future development.ResponsibilitiesCommunicate with customers via phone, email and chatProvide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availabilityWork with internal departments to resolve customer queriesAccurate record-keeping of customer interactionsSkills/Qualifications:At least 1 year of relevant work experience preferred and/or a recent graduate, Upper Second or firstExcellent phone etiquette as well as verbal, written, and interpersonal skillsAbility to multitask, organise, prioritise work and work well under pressureFlexibility in a changing working environmentIT literate and mathematically mindedInterest in business and economicsWe are looking for a hard-working individual with a desire to be empowered to grow their careers and drive the company further forward.
