The team is an established high-performing team. They are stable in their role and the adherence to deadlines and customer service is outstanding. We are an expanding company and so we need to bring in externally an experienced CSM to help develop a happy team. But in a rapidly expanding market we feel that the successful team could be even better with a input of energy and positivity from a can-do leader. Great long -term role for an expanding company.
