Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Manager to lead the Shipping Customer Service Teams in delivering exceptional service across the organisation.
Main responsibilities:
- Oversee customer queries, shipping updates and service feedback handling
- Lead operational and continuous improvement performance and initiatives
- Working within the team to deliver a seamless customer experience
- Create policies, procedures & training material
- Managing and developing a team of shipping and logistics customer service staff members-
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a Customer Services Management role, ideally from a-similar-sector (Logistics, shipping etc)-
- Experience managing and developing customer service teams
- Excellent relationship building experience
