Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Manager to lead the Shipping Customer Service Teams in delivering exceptional service across the organisation.

Main responsibilities:

  • Oversee customer queries, shipping updates and service feedback handling
  • Lead operational and continuous improvement performance and initiatives
  • Working within the team to deliver a seamless customer experience
  • Create policies, procedures & training material
  • Managing and developing a team of shipping and logistics customer service staff members-

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a Customer Services Management role, ideally from a-similar-sector (Logistics, shipping etc)-
  • Experience managing and developing customer service teams
  • Excellent relationship building experience
