Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Fulfilment and OperationsManage order processing, invoicing, and packing in line with credit controlsCoordinate shipping, logistics, and international courier arrangementsOversee returns, warranties, and product fulfilment processesIdentify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiencyTeam ManagementLead, mentor and develop a team of 4Upskill team members and monitor performance standardsConduct regular reviews and support continuous developmentCustomer and Technical SupportRespond to customer queries, including basic technical enquiriesManage ticketing systems and ensure KPIs are metEscalate complex product or legal issues where requiredSupport product testing, demonstrations, and documentationWarehouse and Office SupportAssist with stock control, booking in/out goods, and stocktakingSupport warehouse operations including deliveries and dispatchOversee office facilities (e.g. photocopiers, franking machines)Skills and Experience RequiredPrevious experience in a customer service management role within a product-based environmentStrong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a teamExcellent customer service skills with a professional and empathetic approachConfident ..... full job details .....
