Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and motivated-Customer Service Manager-to lead our clients customer service team. You will oversee daily operations, ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, and drive service improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of customer service representatives.

  • Handle escalated customer issues and resolve them promptly.

  • Implement and improve customer service policies and procedures.

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.

  • Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Customer Service Manager or similar role.

  • Strong leadership and people management skills.

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution abilities.

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and customer service tools.

  • Preferred: Experience in our industry or similar environment.
