This role would suit an experienced Customer Service Manager who enjoys leading from the front, developing teams, and improving operational performance. You must be a strong people manager to succeed in this role. Important: Experience in manufacturing and/or construction is essential for this role. A background solely within service-led industries will not be sufficient. As Customer Service Manager, you ll lead and develop a team of 5 6 customer service professionals, ensuring exceptional service delivery across order processing, lead times, delivery confirmations, customer onboarding and query resolution.
