Customer Service Manager

Our client is seeking a commercially driven Customer Service Manager to lead and develop their internal sales and customer service team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced sales leader who thrives on targets, performance and driving positive change. You will manage a team of Sales Representatives and Sales Order Administrators, ensuring strong commercial results while delivering exceptional customer service. The role requires a hands-on leader who can coach, motivate and develop people, manage KPIs and build a high-performance culture.
