Manage Escalations: Take ownership of complex customer service tickets and order cancellations. Analyze Trends: Use ERPs (SAP Hybris), Excel, and Power BI to track data and improve operational processes. What You Need: Investigative customer service experience (tier 2/escalations, e-commerce, or logistics preferred). Comfortable navigating ticketing systems and interpreting data. Flexibility to work a 37.5-hour week on a rota (which includes some evening and weekend shifts).
