Contract Information: Location: Farnborough Rate of Pay: £15.51 per hour Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday Hours: 06:00am - 14:00pm / 10:00am - 18:00pm Your Time at Work As a Customer Service Liaison Officer you will be responsible for: - Delivering exceptional customer service in a high-end private aviation environment - Greeting and assisting VIP customers - Transporting Customers to/from accommodation locally - Booking accommodation/taxis for customers - Escorting customers within security restricted areas - Assisting with customer communication with the operations team - Alarm and CCTV monitoring - Incident report writing - Monitoring and responding to operational emails and visitor requests - Supporting emergency procedures and security incidents - Completing any other reasonable tasks that are required by the company / Line manager.
