Customer Service Host Shift Pattern:Operating hours: 02:30 - 08:30 (early-morning cover essential).Flexibility is required during major disruption eventsLocation: Gatwick AirportJob Type: Temporary Start Date - 01st July - 31st October 2026Reed is working exclusively with our client to recruit multiple Customer Hosts for their Gatwick Operation. This brand-new role is designed to enhance the customer journey from the moment they enter the terminal through to boarding. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you.Day-to-day of the role:Deliver an exceptional customer experience from bag drop through to boarding.Actively walk queues, meet and greet passengers, and provide proactive support throughout the airport.Work closely with ground operations partners to maintain high operational and service standards.Role model company customer-service standards across all partner interactions.Required Skills and Qualifications:Confident communicators who can inspire excellent service in others.Strong problem-solvers with the ability to manage challenging situations calmly and professionally.Individuals who can quickly build rapport and work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders.Ability to digest and retain a broad range of operational information.Eligibility to obtain an airside ID pass (5-year background check and references required) 4-on / 4-off shift patternWorking hours: 02:30 - 08:30 (early-morning ..... full job details .....
