Customer Service Executive

The Role

• Deliver outstanding customer service via phone, email, and face-to-face
• Handle enquiries, process orders, and resolve issues
• Identify and maximise sales opportunities
• Build strong customer relationships
• Support external sales and follow up on quotes

About You

• Strong customer service background with some sales experience
• Confident communicator and team player
• Proactive, organised, and target-driven
• Good IT skills (Microsoft Office/CRM)
