We''re looking for a Customer Service Executive to join a growing industrial supplies business based in Bidford-on-Avon. COMMUTABLE LOCATIONS: Stratford-upon-Avon, Redditch, Evesham, Worcester JOB DESCRIPTION: Customer Service Executive, Customer Service Administrator, E-Commerce Assistant Working closely with our E-Commerce Team Leader, as our Customer Service Executive, you''ll support the day-to-day running of our online sales operation, ensuring orders are processed efficiently, customers are kept informed and any queries are dealt with promptly. You will: Process customer orders received through our online sales channels. Monitor orders through to dispatch and coordinate with couriers to resolve delivery queries. Respond to customer enquiries by telephone and email. Update and maintain information using Excel and internal systems. Prepare and manage documentation, including invoices and certificates of analysis.
