BASIC SALARY: Up to £26,000

JOB DESCRIPTION: Customer Service Administrator, Customer Service Executive, eCommerce Assistant
 
Reporting to our E-Commerce Team Leader, you''ll play a key role in delivering a first-class online shopping experience, managing orders, and solving problems.
 
Day to day, you will:
· Process online orders and input them accurately into internal systems.
· Track orders from entry through dispatch and courier pick-up, resolving any issues.
· Maintain and update large data sets using Excel.
· Deliver excellent customer service via phone and email.
· Administer documents such as invoices and certificates of analysis.
 
PERSON SPECIFICATION: Customer Service Administrator, Customer Service Executive, eCommerce Assistant
 
As our Customer Service Representative / E-Commerce Assistant, you''ll have strong communication and multitasking skills, coupled with a high attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset. Any experience within Customer Service or Customer facing positions would be advantageous.
 
You will also:
· Have a personal interest or professional experience in e-commerce - whether that''s Vinted, Shopify, eBay or any other relevant platforms.
· Be comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
