Day to day, you will: Process online orders and input them accurately into internal systems. Track orders from entry through dispatch and courier pick-up, resolving any issues. Maintain and update large data sets using Excel. Deliver excellent customer service via phone and email. Administer documents such as invoices and certificates of analysis.
