Customer Service Executive

We''re looking for a Customer Service Executive to join a growing industrial supplies business based in Bidford-on-Avon. If you''re organised, confident communicating with customers and have an interest in e-commerce, this could be the ideal role for you. You''ll be joining a friendly, supportive team, helping to manage online orders and deliver a great customer experience.
 
BASIC SALARY: Up to £26,000

JOB DESCRIPTION: Customer Service Executive, Customer Service Administrator, E-Commerce Assistant
 
Working closely with our E-Commerce Team Leader, as our Customer Service Executive, you''ll support the day-to-day running of our online sales operation, ensuring orders are processed efficiently, customers are kept informed and any queries are dealt with promptly.
 
You will:
· Process customer orders received through our online sales channels.
· Monitor orders through to dispatch and coordinate with couriers to resolve delivery queries.
· Respond to customer enquiries by telephone and email.
· Update and maintain information using Excel and internal systems.
· Prepare and manage documentation, including invoices and certificates of analysis.
 
PERSON SPECIFICATION: Customer Service Executive, Customer Service Administrator, E-Commerce Assistant
 
You''ll be organised, enthusiastic and comfortable working in a busy environment. You''ll have a keen eye for detail, enjoy helping customers and be confident juggling different tasks throughout the day.
 
Ideally, you''ll have:
· Previous experience in customer service, administration or another customer-facing role.
· An interest in online selling or e-commerce platforms such as eBay, Shopify or Vinted, whether professionally or personally.
· Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.
· Strong communication skills and a practical approach to problem-solving.
