Skills and Experience Required: - Previous experience in a Customer Service role is essential.- Order processing experience is essential - Proficiency in CRM systems, preferably SalesForce. - A self-motivated, passionate, and enthusiastic approach to work, with a commitment to delivering excellent customer service. - Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written.
