The Role To contribute to the sites sales development through the delivery of competent and efficient customer service to existing and potential customers. To actively participate in the contribution of the Customer Service Department to achieve business target and key performance criteria Main Tasks/Duties Work closely with the internal and external sales team to maintain a high level of customer service. Act as point of contact for designated existing customers and potential customer s. Provide a positive impression of yourself and the organisation to the customer. Support Business Development Managers in the delivery of new business. Provide excellent communication channels both internally and externally. Raise new specifications in line with customer requirements ready for commercial department and request samples when required.
