Customer Service Executive
Customer Service AdvisorLocation: Leeds, LS16 6QY (Office-Based Role)Salary: 30,000 Per Annum + Company BonusStart Date: May 2026 Hours of Work: Between 8.00am - 5.00am - Monday - Friday Key Responsibilities:1. Handling customer enquiries via phone and email.2. Resolving customer issues efficiently and professionally3. Maintaining accurate customer records and updating internal systems4. Working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth customer experience5. Identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction Key Requirements:1. Previous experience in a customer service or client-facing role2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good at making connections over email and phone.3. Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment5.
