Candidates must have experience with SAP and ideally manufacturing sales/admin experience. The work will include the following:Handles internal and external customer enquiries quotes and orders, utilizing established standard operating policies and procedures.Responsible for building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions.Work with internal teams with a high sense of accountability and urgencyHandles standard customer escalations, autonomously with first contact resolution when possible.First contact of completing supplier portal or Supplier application form request by the customersOrder status update - expediting the order by working closely with production and purchasing team.
