Role: Customer Service ExecutiveLocation: BedfordHours: Full time, Monday to Friday (Hybrid)Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 (DOE) We''re looking to recruit a Customer Service Executive to join a dedicated team and help provide an excellent standard of service.This is a key role within the Customer Service team, responsible for supporting customers across telephone, email and website enquiries, processing orders accurately and efficiently, and providing a professional, consistent and customer-focused service. Duties of a Customer Service Executive:• Act as the first point of contact for telephone-based customer enquiries.• Respond to customer enquiries received by email and through the website.• Communicate professionally and effectively with both internal and external customers.• Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide a coordinated, consistent and efficient customer service.• Process and input customer orders accurately and efficiently.• Monitor functional mailboxes, ensuring enquiries and requests are responded to and cleared as required.• Ensure customer credits are completed accurately and in a timely manner.• Undertake a range of administrative duties to support the effective operation of the Customer Service team.• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail while working in a fast-paced environment.
