Due to continued success and expansion, they are seeking a Customer Service Executive to join their team on a full-time basis.Role OverviewThis is a varied position within a busy office environment.Key responsibilities include:Handling incoming calls for new orders and enquiriesEntering details onto the in-house booking systemDelivering excellent customer service via telephone and emailTaking card payments and issuing permitsPromoting the business on social media platformsManaging website and email enquiriesSupporting sales, marketing and new business initiativesGeneral data entry and administrative dutiesCovering weighbridge operations when requiredAssisting with other office duties as neededReporting to the Sales and Office ManagerRequirementsThe successful candidate will have:Excellent telephone mannerAbility to work under pressure in a busy office environmentStrong attention to detailProficient IT and computer skillsAbility to work effectively as part of a teamPrevious experience in customer service and/or administrationExperience promoting a business on social mediaBasic marketing knowledgeHoursMonday to Friday, 7:30am - 5:00pmBenefits 28,000 - 30,000 per annumOn-site parking28 days'' holiday ..... full job details .....
