Customer Service Executive 30,000 - 35,000 per annumMonday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.00pmPermanent Office-basedRochesterAre you an experienced Customer Service or Client Services professional with a background in print management?We are recruiting for an established and successful print management company based in Rochester, looking for an experienced Customer Service Executive to join their team on a permanent basis.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has a strong understanding of the print industry, enjoys working closely with clients and is confident managing orders from initial enquiry through to completion.The RoleWorking as part of a busy customer service team, you will act as a key link between clients, the sales team, production and other internal departments, ensuring orders are processed accurately, efficiently and delivered to the required deadlines.Responsibilities will include:- Acting as a key point of contact between customers, sales and internal departments- Managing client communication via telephone, email and face-to-face- Processing and raising print orders and monitoring their progress- Liaising with production and internal teams to ensure deadlines are met- Chasing orders and keeping customers updated- Managing and resolving customer queries and potential account issues- Understanding customer requirements and identifying suitable print solutions- Supporting the Department Manager and wider team- Providing general administration and order ..... full job details .....
