What the Customer Service Executive job involves Working as part of a small and collaborative team, you will be responsible for handling customer enquiries and processing orders, as well as supporting other departments when required. Duties will include: Handling customer enquiries via phone, email and in person Processing orders from multiple channels including website, email and telephone Working with part numbers and sourcing correct products or suitable alternatives Raising orders on the internal system and liaising with suppliers Communicating with customers regarding quotes, orders and updates Liaising with internal departments including finance and warehouse Assisting with stock checks and working closely with the warehouse team Contacting suppliers to obtain pricing and technical information Preparing and converting supplier quotations into customer quotes ..... full job details .....
