Customer Service Executive role for a successful company based in Wokingham. Office-based position working 8:30-5pm, Monday to Friday, with salary up to £28,000 and benefits including a discretionary 12% annual bonus. Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholdersProcessing data match requests and resultsUsing various software, including Microsoft Office and bespoke supplier toolsResolving supplier compliance queriesCompliance checking and processing high volume of work submitted by the InstallersHandling customer queries and providing settlement statementsCompliance checking and completionSubmission of all jobs from the previous month and submitting by their deadlineLiaising with the Finance team to resolve queriesUpdating internal management reportsProviding data for auditsIdeal Candidate / Qualifications
