Job Description - Insurance Finance Business Development Customer Service Insurance ExecutiveWe are looking for a Customer Services Executive to join our established and respected insurance broking team. You will be responsible for providing outstanding support to our existing client base, handling a wide range of queries related to their insurance policies.The focus of this role will be to assist existing customers by maintaining and updating any insurance policy held, conducting business development and other promotional activities. A successful candidate will be experienced in building customer rapport, providing outstanding customer service, and providing customers with well-informed advice whilst ensuring both the firms and their own regulatory obligations are adhered to.In this role, you will be a crucial point of contact, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our clients. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a desire to build long-term client relationships.Working as part of a team, the successful candidate will be encouraged to take responsibility for their own performance.
