This is a client-facing role where attention to detail, relationship management and the ability to anticipate client needs are paramount. The successful candidate will take ownership of the customer journey from start to finish, ensuring a seamless, concierge-style experience throughout every stage of the process. Whilst client service excellence is at the heart of the role, this position also requires a proactive, hands-on approach.
