Responsibilities Prepare accurate quotations, capture customer requirements and record confirmations clearly and consistently. Maintain proactive customer communication from enquiry through to job completion, keeping customers informed of progress, changes, risks and next steps. Coordinate with Delivery teams to confirm feasibility, resource requirements, timings and any operational constraints before confirming commitments to customers. Resolve customer enquiries professionally, escalating complaints, service risks, commercial concerns or delivery changes promptly to the Customer Services Team Lead where required.
