Job Overview – Irlam – £27,500 (Permanent, Full-time)An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Executive to join a well-established and award-winning business. As a Customer Service Executive, you’ll provide vital support to the operational depot, ensuring smooth day-to-day running of customer communications and administrative processes.Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls and emails in a professional, timely manner.Generate customer quotations and process orders through to completion.Book transport: generate paperwork and labels where required.Maintain and update internal systems with accurate and relevant data.Manage and resolve customer complaints efficiently.Provide admin support for end-of-month reporting and ad hoc tasks.Ensure excellent communication and coordination across departments.Always maintain customer confidentiality.Qualifications / Ideal Candidate
