Customer Service Executive

Customer Service Executive Location: Bracknell (hybrid working available after 4-6 weeks of training)Pay Rate: £15.00 per hour Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to FridayWorking Pattern: Rotating shifts between 8:30am and 5pm, with one Thursday evening shift until 7:00pm approximately every six weeks. Time off in lieu will be provided.Contract: 12-week temporary assignment, with the potential to secure a permanent position. Key Responsibilities As a Customer Service Executive, your responsibilities will include: Handling inbound and outbound customer calls, providing prompt, professional and empathetic support. Responding to customer enquiries through email, live chat and social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter and Trustpilot. Taking ownership of customer queries and ensuring they are resolved accurately and efficiently. Liaising with internal departments and third-party partners to follow up on requests and escalate issues where necessary. Maintaining accurate customer records, managing legal documentation and updating information within the internal CRM system. Providing general administrative support to help ensure the smooth running of the department. Delivering consistently high standards of customer service while maintaining a positive, professional and helpful approach.
