Alongside that, to be part of an operations team who are the glue that holds everything together.You''ll be both campsite and camper facing, acting as a first point of contact via email and phone and really care about getting people the right result. You''ll be friendly to your core and have bags of empathy.The role follows a set two week shift pattern (37.5 hours per week, with four weekdays at our offices and one weekend day from home).ResponsibilitiesAnswering and routing inbound calls, emails and other contactsAssisting both campsites and campers with booking related questions and issuesSupporting the operations team on ownership of quality of service deliveryVarious projects and administrative tasks as necessaryAttributesSelf-motivated people-person, with an enthusiastic can-do attitudeExcellent attention to detailOrganised, ..... full job details .....
