Customer Service Executive

You will manage customer interactions, process transactions, and ensure a seamless experience from enquiry to delivery.The successful candidate will have previous experience in customer services in an office based role.Key responsibilities include:Processing customer orders, quotes, and returns with a high degree of accuracyResponding to customer enquiries and providing product and availability informationFollowing up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issuesSupporting cross-selling and upselling opportunitiesMonitoring and tracking orders to ensure timely deliveryInvestigating and resolving order or delivery concernsCoordinating special handling requests and ensuring efficient fulfilmentSupporting wider team activities as requiredSkills/Experience1-2 years'' experience in a customer service or similar roleStrong communication skills, both written and verbal (English essential)A passion for delivering excellent customer serviceGood working knowledge of MS Office (additional systems experience ..... full job details .....
