As they grow, we are looking to recruit a highly organised and proactive Customer Service Executive for their team. This is a dynamic and varied role, combining customer interaction, order coordination, and problem-solving within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role will play a key part in ensuring excellent customer experience and smooth day-to-day running of the business. Responsibilities of Customer Service Executive: Act as the primary point of contact for customers, managing enquiries and providing timely updates Process customer orders from initial quotation through to dispatch, ensuring accuracy at every stage Coordinate closely with production, logistics, and procurement teams to ensure on-time delivery Monitor order progress, proactively communicating any delays, changes, or issues to customers Maintain and update internal systems with order details, invoices, delivery notes, and customer records Handle and resolve customer queries, complaints, and after-sales support efficiently and professionally Assist in continuous improvement of customer service processes Build long-standing relationships with customers, ensuring ..... full job details .....
