Key Responsibilities Every day is different, but your responsibilities will include: Delivering exceptional customer service by phone and email. Managing customer enquiries efficiently and professionally. Investigating issues and providing timely, accurate solutions. Analysing customer data to identify trends and support business decisions. Producing reports and working confidently with Microsoft Excel. Building strong relationships with customers and internal teams. Ensuring customer records are accurate and up to date. Supporting continuous improvements to customer processes and service.
