This Customer Service Executive opportunity offers the chance to combine your clinical understanding with excellent communication and customer service skills within a leading veterinary pharmaceutical environment. Based near Towcester, this part-time role, working 22.5 hours across three 7.5 hour days each week, will see you acting as a knowledgeable first point of contact for veterinary clinics, wholesalers, distributors, pet owners and farm animal owners. You will manage customer enquiries, process orders, maintain accurate records and work closely with internal teams to deliver an efficient, professional service. This is an exciting opportunity for an RVN with previous customer service experience who enjoys problem-solving, working with people and developing their commercial knowledge. Duties and Responsibilities Act as the first point of contact for veterinary clinics, customers, wholesalers, distributors, pet owners and farm animal owners, providing professional and knowledgeable support. Process sales orders, acknowledgements, invoices, credits and debits for UK and ROI wholesalers and distributors, alongside producing regular back-order reports.
