This Customer Service Executive opportunity offers the chance to combine your clinical understanding with excellent communication and customer service skills within a leading veterinary pharmaceutical environment. Based near Towcester, this hybrid role will see you acting as a knowledgeable first point of contact for veterinary clinics, wholesalers, distributors, pet owners and farm animal owners. You will manage customer enquiries, process orders, maintain accurate records and work closely with internal teams to deliver an efficient, professional service. This is an exciting opportunity for an RVN with previous customer service experience who enjoys problem-solving, working with people and developing their commercial knowledge.Duties and ResponsibilitiesAct as the first point of contact for veterinary clinics, customers, wholesalers, distributors, pet owners and farm animal owners, providing professional and knowledgeable support.Process sales orders, acknowledgements, invoices, credits and debits for UK and ROI wholesalers and distributors, alongside producing regular back-order reports.Manage customer enquiries by telephone, email and social media, taking ownership through to resolution or appropriate handover.Build strong customer ..... full job details .....
