The Company

Our client is a growing and established digital services business with a strong reputation for delivering excellent customer service. Due to continued growth, they are looking to train and develop the right candidate within their busy client services team.

The Role

• Respond to customer enquiries via telephone, email and web chat
• Provide friendly and professional customer support
• Resolve customer queries and escalate where necessary
• Update customer information on the customer relationship management system
• Work closely with internal teams
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
• Support with general administrative tasks

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Positive, organised and eager to learn
• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone
• Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage workloads and prioritise tasks
