Customer Service - door-to-door
Customer Service based role, working on a temporary assignment for what will likely be 2 months, potentially longer. The priority of this role is to update required information from residents in the Southend area, making initial contact via door-to-door. Hourly pay rate will be 14.00.The ideal candidate will be professional, courteous, and self-motivated, in what will be a lone working role. Own transport is required, and mileage to and from residential visits will be paid for. The individual might collect information from outside the tenant''s property, or be invited into their home.Duties:Visit tenants'' property to update required informationRecord information in a clear and concise mannerTraining will be providedTo contact tenants via telephone, following several unsuccessful visits to organise a convenient date and time to update informationBenefits: 14 per hourFlexibility on hours workedExperience required:Excellent customer service and communication skillsA confident and professional communicatorOwn transportAbility to organise a busy and varied workload, remain calm under pressure, and proactive in approach to tasksPC literate with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook skillsPlease bear in mind that you may not hear from us straight away.
