Customer Service Coordinator Rugby Near Hillmorton/Houlton (remote location own transport essential)Temp-Perm OR Permanent from day 1Mon-Fri 09:00-17:30Salary starting from £26,600+ (negotiable DOE)Annual Bonus We are currently hiring for a confident and articulate Customer Service Coordinator/Administrator to work for a unique, interesting business in the outskirts of Rugby.This is a very remote site therefore we are looking for an individual with their own transport.This role would appeal to individuals who enjoy working in small, creative collaborative team where every day you will be faced with new tasks/challenges.Duties will include: Responding to customer enquiries via email, phone or website enquiriesAdvise customer regarding stock and shipping availabilityCommunicate orders to the relevant departmentsDiary management and booking accommodation for the installation teamsGeneral admin/data entry duties What do I need to be considered? We are looking for somebody with previous customer service, office or administration experience on this occasionOwn reliable transport essential due to site locationFriendly, confident team player willing to muck in with duties outside of your job description to achieve company goals/deadlinesFantastic communication skills you may be speaking with suppliers/customers at times and may have to describe products descriptivelyIT literate you will be using Microsoft packages and Sage.
