URGENT REQUIREMENT – Customer Service Coordinator

 Location: Cardiff
 Salary: £26,500 per annum

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Customer Service Coordinator to join a busy and growing team in Cardiff. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administration, customer service, and coordination skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Book customer orders onto the job processing system.
• Carry out contract reviews of incoming work, ensuring order identification and traceability.
• Interpret customer and drawing requirements and communicate these clearly to production operators.
• Liaise with customers regarding order confirmations and quality-related queries.
• Prepare and maintain process layouts, routings, quality plans, data cards, and specification test regimes for new product introductions and engineering changes.
• Ensure all quality, technical, and commercial information is accurately recorded prior to production.

What We''re Looking For:

• Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
• Strong communication and customer service experience.
• Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience within manufacturing or engineering is advantageous but not essential.

Salary: £26,500 per annum
