Responsibilities Provide the highest levels of customer care to both patients and health-care professionals Stock check and arrange patient deliveries via telephone and email Answer patient and stakeholder enquiries, resolving all queries that might arise Troubleshoot feeding pumps Use our internal database (CRM system) to place orders and log all patient and health-care professional communication Communicate with internal and external stakeholders by phone and email Manage daily workload as delegated by lead coordinator Contract
