This role plays a key part in supporting day-to-day customer operations, including order processing, quotation preparation, and handling a range of telephone and email enquiries.You will also provide support to internal teams and assist with technical queries, ensuring a consistently high level of customer service across all interactions.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess customer orders accurately and efficientlyPrepare and issue quotations in line with customer requirementsRespond to customer enquiries via telephone and email in a timely mannerProvide administrative and technical support to sales and customer service teamsMaintain accurate records using SAP, CRM, or similar systemsManage multiple tasks effectively while working under pressureBuild and maintain strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and external customersSkills and Experience RequiredPrevious experience in a customer support or administrative ..... full job details .....
