Customer Service Coordinator

We''re currently recruiting for an experienced Customer Service Coordinator to join our client''s busy operations team on an ongoing temporary basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

As the first point of contact for customers, you''ll manage enquiries via phone and email, resolve operational issues, coordinate with internal teams, oversee customer accounts, and ensure excellent service delivery.
