Customer Service Coordinator

The Just Recruitment Group Ltd is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Coordinator for their client based in Alfreton, Derbyshire.

This role is at the heart of their customer operations and the successful applicant will be the vital link between their customers, sales teams, supply chain, and logistics partners, ensuring that every order is managed with precision from start to finish. You''ll have the chance to build strong partnerships with customers, influence product delivery schedules, and collaborate with teams to keep everything on track.

About you:
* To excel in this role, you''ll need strong customer service skills, solid organisational abilities, and professional communication and interpersonal expertise. Effective problem-solving skills are key, particularly when managing tasks under pressure.
* We''re looking for detail-oriented, results-driven individuals with a customer-centric mindset. The ability to work independently and stay effective under tight deadlines is crucial. Strong numeracy skills and an analytical approach are also highly valued.
* Experience in customer supply chain operations, especially within FMCG networks, will be a significant advantage, helping you better understand and meet customer needs.

Skills & knowledge requirements:
Experience in Supply Chain, transport background preferrable, understanding of warehouse workings, excel skills and SAP beneficial, analytical mindset and likes problem solving

This is a hybrid role Monday-Friday, working 3 days in the office in Alfreton and can work 2 days from home. Need to be able to work ''core'' hours in the office between 10am and 4pm, making up rest of hours before or after that time to complete an 8 hour working day.
