Customer Service Coordinator

Our client has a permanent, full-time opportunity for a Customer Service Coordinator to join their team. You will interact directly with customers to answer questions, solve queries, provide education, minimise the risk of bad debt and maintain the company''s reputation for high-quality service. The hours of work are 8.30am to 4.45pm, Monday to Thursday and 8.30am to 3.30pm Friday.Duties and Responsibilities: To be responsible for dealing with customer enquiries from start to completion including price and delivery, invoice queries, order progress and amendments To be conversant with the company ERP system and processes To support the customer in the event of returning goods and the credit management of the returns in line with the company guide lines in a timely and professional manner To foster and maintain relationships with key customers to improve our retention rate and support growth To visit customers as required to build relationships and understanding of their business needs To take ownership of customer queries, liaise with other departments to fully resolve to the customer''s satisfaction To liaise with external sales engineers regarding customer requirements and offer administration support to help obtain sales growth To make recommendations to enhance efficiency and performance within the department through your Manager To have a clear understanding and manage Distribution Point of Sales monthly data To support in the accounts receivable process and follow the ..... full job details .....
