Customer Service Coordinator
Monday to Friday - 37.50 hours per week. Office-based.Your new companyIs one of the UK''s leading homebuilders, delivering high-quality mixed-tenure homes and sustainable communities across the country. They work closely with housing associations, local authorities and private partners to address the UK''s housing needs, combing private and affordable homes within well-designed developments.Your new roleWill be to liaise with customers, partners, technicians and subcontractors to ensure the completion of customer service cases within a timely manner and within SLA. You will be dealing with customer concerns via telephone and email, as well as appointing contractors to deal with any snagging or defects that arise within the companies'' homes.What you''ll need to succeedExperience working for a house builder, ideally within a customer-facing environment, or customer service experience within an office, that you can transfer to this role. You will be able to remain calm under pressure, demonstrating patience and be available to start immediately.
