Gi Group are hiring a Breakdown Customer Service Coordinator

Location: Barnsley (S70)

Pay: -26,436 p/a

Working hours: 40 hours per week

Are you a confident communicator who enjoys solving problems and helping customers? We''re looking for a proactive and customer-focused Breakdown Customer Service Coordinator to join a busy and supportive team in Barnsley.

What You''ll Be Doing:

• Handling inbound and outbound customer calls
• Communicating with customers via phone and email
• Providing solutions and resolving queries efficiently
• Liaising with internal departments to ensure excellent service delivery
• Managing breakdown and customer service-related enquiries

What We''re Looking For:

• Excellent communication skills and a professional phone manner
• Confident dealing with a variety of people
• A positive, proactive approach to problem-solving
• Ability to quickly learn new information and processes
• Customer service experience is advantageous

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
• Operating hours are between 6:00am and 8:00pm (most likely shift pattern 10:00am - 6:00pm)
• Weekend work on a rota basis, approximately 1 day every 4-5 weeks
