Title: Customer Service CoordinatorLocation: Outskirts of RoystonSalary: £26,000 - £28,000Contract: 12-month FTCOur client is a well-established manufacturing company based on the outskirts of Royston. They are looking to recruit an Internal Sales Coordinator to join their team on a full-time, fixed-term basis to provide maternity cover (12 months).This is a varied and fast-paced role, ideal for someone with strong customer service and coordination experience. A key aspect of the role will involve arranging appointments for the external sales team, so excellent diary management skills and a solid understanding of UK geography are essential.Main duties will include:Answering customer enquiries via telephone and emailDelivering excellent customer service and building strong client relationshipsScheduling and coordinating appointments for the external sales team across the UKManaging diaries to ensure efficient route planning and appointment allocationPromoting new products through outbound calls and email campaignsProviding customers with technical product information and adviceResponding to customer queries promptly and professionallyAccurately processing customer information and maintaining internal systemsProviding general sales administration and support to the wider teamThe successful candidate will have:Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsPrevious experience in diary management, scheduling, or appointment coordinationStrong customer service experience within ..... full job details .....
