Key Responsibilities Processing sales orders and maintaining accurate order records. Managing customer enquiries from order placement through to delivery. Keeping customers informed about order progress, delays, changes, or supply issues. Coordinating with Sales, Production, and Finance teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
