Customer Service Coordinator

Core Responsibilities:

• Customer Services be the contact point for customers
• Create bookings in our internal software
• Process booking and liaise with operations to ensure theyve been received
• Following up on any queries with customers
• Liaising with customers regarding shipments and collections
