Reporting to the Commercial Manager you will be a key link between the customers and internal departments, ensuring smooth communication and efficient order management. Experience in a customer service or internal sales role, preferably within a manufacturing or B2B environment will required as well as excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal teams. This role will need a strong IT proficiency, including experience with order processing systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Customer Service Coordinator responsibilities include: Upload and monitor sales orders on the ERP system in a precise and timely manner.
